While the hotel's location is excellent for exploring Traverse City, we faced several frustrations during our stay. The room was spacious and had a beautiful view of the bay, but the maintenance issues were hard to ignore. Additionally, internet connectivity in the evenings was poor, which affected our ability to unwind and enjoy our time. Overall, the experience was a mixed bag, with some positives overshadowed by significant drawbacks.
