While the hotel's location is excellent for exploring Traverse City, we faced several frustrations during our stay. The room was spacious and had a beautiful view of the bay, but the maintenance issues were hard to ignore. Additionally, internet connectivity in the evenings was poor, which affected our ability to unwind and enjoy our time. Overall, the experience was a mixed bag, with some positives overshadowed by significant drawbacks.

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel, which boasts a fantastic location near downtown Traverse City, making it easy to explore the area's attractions. The staff were notably friendly and helpful, but there were a few hiccups with the cleanliness of my room initially. The dining options were somewhat limited, especially for breakfast, and I found the internet connection to be inconsistent in the evenings. Overall, it was a good experience, but there's room for improvement in some areas.

The room I stayed in was spacious, but the bathroom could've used some improvements. The service was friendly, which made for a pleasant experience. However, the internet connection was unreliable during the evenings, making it hard to do anything online. I felt like the price was on the higher side for what we received, considering some aspects of the facilities were lacking.

The facilities, however, were decent, and the swimming pool area was quite enjoyable despite a few service hiccups.
